FY2015 Invoice Deadline Extension Requests Due Today
Dear E-rate Program Participant:
Please read this message carefully as it contains important information regarding the October 28, 2016 invoice extension deadline for FCC Form 472 (BEAR Form) or FCC Form 474 (SPI Form).
For those with an invoice deadline of October 28, 2016, the new deadline to submit extension requests for Funding Year 2015 recurring services is Monday, October 31, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
As you may know, applicants and service providers may request a single, one-time 120-day extension of the deadline to submit an invoice. You may submit your Funding Year 2015 extension request using the Invoice Deadline Extension Tool or the Submit a Question feature.
Do not delay, submit your request no later than Monday, October 31, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
