Category One drop-downs
The Category One Services Drop-down Menu Reference Table is a three-column table that identifies the appropriate drop-down menu option for Category One service requests on the FCC Form 470. You can find the Category One Services Drop-down Menu Reference Table on the Forms page under the FCC Form 470 heading, on the FCC Form 470 Filing page, and in the Reference Area under "F."
The three columns in the table contain the following information:
-
The left-hand column describes the services included in each drop-down menu option.
-
The middle column contains the corresponding drop-down menu option(s) that should be chosen to seek bids on the services described in the left-hand column.
