Registration Opens Today for Summer 2019 Service Provider Training

USAC will hold two service provider training sessions in its DC offices during the first week of August 2019. The two training sessions – that will cover the same material – occur on August 5–6 (Monday and Tuesday) and August 8–9 (Thursday and Friday). The sessions will include content of particular interest to service providers who participate in the E-rate Program.

As with our December 2018 service provider training, each session will start with an optional half-day afternoon session targeted to beginners, and a full-day training for everyone that includes some separate breakout sessions for beginners and for more advanced users.

Please note that USAC staff members from the High Cost, Lifeline, and Rural Health Care Programs and the Contributors section are working on training sessions and other activities that will occur on Wednesday, August 7, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. EDT at USAC's offices. Service providers who would like to participate in these sessions are encouraged to indicate their interest by checking the appropriate box(es) when they register for the E-rate training and then plan their travel accordingly.

APPLICANTS PLEASE NOTE: These training sessions are targeted for service providers. Fall applicant training sessions, which contain material specifically for applicants, will be announced at a later time.
